Hewson-Stubbs Design was founded by Richard
Hewson-Stubbs in 1989 and has since developed
an enviable reputation as an innovative and inspiring
design company. Richard was joined by his sister Kate
in 2000 to help monitor larger projects.

Richard's love of architecture and interiors first
manifested itself with a love of country houses and
stately homes during his childhood. Through his
teenage years and education this developed to include
an enthusiasm for contemporary design.

The Hewson-Stubbs style is now best summed up by
their trademarked line 'A contemporary eye on tradition'

Richard and Kate take a
pride in giving their
clients professional and
undivided attention.

Discretion is also of
paramount importance to
them to protect the privacy of all of their clients. Richard's relaxed and composed manner
belies his busy schedule.
